Our small group reformer classes offer an energizing and personalized Pilates experience in a supportive group setting. With 8 reformers available, you will receive hands-on attention while enjoying the motivation of a group atmosphere. Each 50-minute class targets the entire body and welcomes all levels.

A welcoming, beginner-friendly reformer class featuring slow, controlled movements with an emphasis on safety and comfort. Gentle Flow supports balance and ease of movement, making it perfect for seniors, those returning from injury, pregnant or postpartum, or anyone looking for a slower-paced, mindful class.

Say hello to the reformer with this relaxed, 30-minute foundational class. Breaking down the reformer, props, lingo, and basic moves so you can step into our Reformer Elevate or Gentle Flow class with ease and confidence.

Reformer Elevate is a Level 1 class welcoming both beginners and intermediate students. This energizing class focuses on building strength, stability, and mobility through a controlled, flowing reformer sequence in a motivating group setting. Ideal for building confidence while progressing your practice. No experience is required, although we recommend starting with an Intro to Reformer or Gentle Flow class before attending.

Reformer Progression is a Level 2 class designed for clients who are confident and ready to build on foundational reformer skills. Increased challenge, more continuous movement, and opportunities to progress exercises while maintaining control and proper alignment in an uplifting group environment. We recommend 15-20 Reformer Elevate sessions before attending.
